On August 16, 1996, Cascade Title Company of Benton-Franklin Counties assumed control of the offices belonging to Transnation Title Company in the Tri-Cities area. The offices, located in Richland and Kennewick, were consolidated into a single location at the Quinault Point complex in Kennewick in late 1996. A new, larger building was constructed within the same complex in 1999, where the company continues to operate.
At the inception of Cascade Title Company, there were 9 staff members, with 3 remaining. With a diverse team that boasts years of experience, including Spanish-speaking employees, we can consistently uphold a high level of satisfaction for any title or escrow needs. Additionally, we offer digital services, such as the ability to digitally deposit your earnest money. We also offer resources designed to facilitate the growth of business for our real estate partners.
